Uncover the design of Xiaomi Mi Mix 2, the Chinese mobile ‘without frames.’
Approximately one year ago, Xiaomi premiered his Mi Mix. A smartphone that, before LG, Samsung, and Apple, got rid of the screen frames to present a frontal design occupied only by the display. But in this time it was just an ‘experiment’ of a Chinese manufacturer, and with this second generation they intend to carry out the production on a complete scale. Before long, we will know how the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 will be.
Xiaomi had an excellent idea for his first generation Mi Mix, and he went to the designer Phillippe Stark to shape the smartphone. The second generation, this new Xiaomi Mi Mix 2, again has the knowledge of this reputed designer and the evolution is remarkable. In the first images that we can see of the device, published by himself, the new terminal is shown thinner and profiled at all ends, with a 2-D effect which we are accustomed to seeing, but taking advantage of this frontal mode of equipment its form appears even more compact.
95% of the screen on the front of the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2, the second generation
The information that we have for the moment indicates that 95% of the front will be occupied by the screen. A panel which, according to the leaks, will be 6 inches diagonally. Nor will the device leave you short in the rest of its technical specifications, equipped with a Snapdragon 835 processor signed by Qualcomm, powered by a 3,400 mAh battery and accompanied by 12 megapixels of the main camera sensor, an IMX386 manufactured by Sony. In the front, another sensor with 8 megapixels, with more benefits to be offered that are still unknown.
